Civil scopes we quantify and price

Deliverables are organized by CSI division or your own cost-code structure, with every quantity traceable to a drawing reference, and pricing built up from labor, equipment and material where the scope calls for a full estimate rather than a takeoff alone.

Public works sitework: priced to the correct basis

Much of the civil market is public — roads, schools, utilities, parks. Public work in New Jersey and New York carries prevailing-wage obligations (NJDOL determinations in NJ; NYS DOL or NYC Comptroller schedules in NY) and, in New Jersey, contractor registration and online certified-payroll requirements.
