Terms of Service
These terms apply to inquiries and professional services provided by US Civil Genix. Website prices and descriptions are not binding final quotations.
Scope
Services begin only after project documents are reviewed and scope, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, price, turnaround, revisions, and payment terms are confirmed in writing. Website prices are starting prices in USD unless otherwise agreed.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide current drawings, specifications, addenda, bid forms, location, deadlines, labor requirements, and relevant project information, and confirm authorization to share them.
Limitations
Deliverables depend on supplied information. US Civil Genix does not guarantee bid awards, savings, code compliance, design approval, product availability, supplier performance, or construction outcomes. Value-engineering and substitution observations require authorized design-team approval. Project cost consulting is not licensed financial, architectural, or engineering advice.
Timing and revisions
Turnaround is confirmed after document review. Incomplete documents, addenda, scope expansion, accelerated deadlines, client delays, or third-party delays may change timing and price. Work outside the written revision allowance may require additional fees.
Payment
Invoices or approved payment requests follow the written proposal. Taxes, permits, engineering, architectural services, materials, freight, duties, licenses, and third-party charges are excluded unless included in writing. Work may be paused for overdue amounts.
Material support
Vendor quotations, availability, lead times, freight, duties, taxes, substitutions, and delivery remain subject to supplier terms and written approval. No owned inventory, warehousing, manufacturer authorization, guaranteed stock, or guaranteed delivery is claimed unless a project-specific agreement says otherwise.
Cancellation
Cancellations, deposits, completed work, third-party costs, material orders, revisions, and refunds are governed by the Professional Service Cancellation and Refund Policy and the written proposal.
