Project-specific requirements

Clients must identify union, prevailing-wage or local labor-rate requirements. UK and Australian terminology, measurement conventions and tender requirements are confirmed from the project documents.

Currency and location

Currency and exchange-rate treatment are confirmed in the written quote. Pricing depends on project location, wage requirements, specifications, taxes, currency, deadlines and scope.

Material pricing, freight, duties, VAT, GST, sales tax and third-party charges are excluded unless specifically included in writing. Service availability does not imply a physical office, local incorporation, local licensing or guaranteed code compliance in every jurisdiction.
