Are revisions and addenda included?

Is expedited delivery available?

Priority or rush scheduling may be available after document review. It is not guaranteed and may include the displayed adjustment or a custom fee.

Do you provide union and prevailing-wage pricing?

Yes, when the applicable wage requirements, location and project information are provided and included in the confirmed scope.

Are vendor, freight and material costs included?

Not automatically. Vendor quotations, material purchases, freight, delivery, taxes, duties and manufacturer charges are separate unless specifically included in writing.
