US Civil Genix respects the confidentiality of client and prospective-client information. This policy applies to our Shopify website, contact forms, approved project-intake tools, and professional services.
Information collected
We may collect contact details, company and project information, project location, service requirements, deadlines, messages, drawings, specifications, addenda, file metadata, communications, invoice and payment status, and technical security information.
Use of information
Information is used to respond to inquiries, review scope, prepare written quotations, deliver agreed services, issue invoices or approved payment requests, maintain records, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.
Project documents
Drawings and specifications are used only for the requested estimating, takeoff, bid-support, consulting, training, or material-procurement purpose. Access is limited to people and providers who need the information. Clients must be authorized to share submitted documents.
Processors
Shopify processes website and contact-form information. Approved workflows may also use Google Cloud or Cloud Storage, private file storage, Cloudflare Turnstile, email-delivery services, and invoice or payment providers. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy obligations.
Security and retention
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained only as reasonably required for quotations, active services, security, accounting, disputes, contracts, and applicable law.
Requests
Where applicable, requests for access, correction, or deletion may be sent to info@uscivilgenix.com. Verification may be required and legal holds or recordkeeping duties may limit deletion.
Updates
This policy may be updated when services, processors, or legal obligations change.
