What information is needed for an estimate?

How quickly will I receive a proposal?
After reviewing the project documents and scope, our team will confirm pricing and a realistic delivery schedule based on project size and complexity.
How is estimating work priced?
Pricing is based on scope, drawing completeness, project size, trade coverage and required turnaround. Your proposal will define deliverables before work begins.
Are my plans and project details confidential?
Yes. Project files are treated as confidential and access is limited to authorized team members involved in reviewing and delivering the requested service.
Which file formats can I upload?
The form accepts PDF, DWG, DXF, IFC and ZIP files. Multiple files can be selected in one submission.
What if my drawings exceed the upload limit?
Use the Large File or Drawing Link field to provide a secure Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, Box or WeTransfer link.
