Leadership Team
Jason founded US Civil Genix in 2008 with a vision to bring professional-grade estimating services to contractors of every size. With over 20 years of hands-on construction experience spanning residential, commercial and public projects, he leads the firm's strategic direction and maintains quality standards across all divisions. Jason is a certified construction estimator and holds professional credentials in cost management and project controls.
Laeeqa oversees the day-to-day operations of all active estimating and design projects. With a background in construction management and architectural technology, she ensures every deliverable meets US Civil Genix's rigorous quality standards and is delivered on schedule. Laeeqa manages client communication for ongoing projects and coordinates between estimating, design and financial services teams.
Zack is the first point of contact for new and existing clients, managing the onboarding process and ensuring a seamless experience from first inquiry through final delivery. With deep knowledge of construction estimating workflows and client needs, he helps match every project to the right service package and keeps clients informed throughout the process.
